I have an interview for a Data Analyst role at RockWallet, but I noticed their Glassdoor rating is only 2.3. Is this a good company to work for? Also, they didn’t mention the pay range, which seems unusual. Any comments from former or current employees would be appreciated—especially if anyone has experienced ghosting from them.

Once you get into a FAANG company, is it better to stay where you are or move around? I’m a dissatisfied with my current job but I have vesting stocks, work 9-5, and people to know and respect me. I am the sole provider for my family and value quality of life and stability. I have some interview requests from other FAANG companies that I know pay more but I worry about starting over. Anyone switch companies and either regret it or are glad they did?
