i have an offer from deloitte and yet its 3 weeks to join deloitte

I have received another offer with 3.5 LPA more than what deloitte offered me.

Now i want to join join deloitte and want to ask them to revise my pay if they can , do deloitte change compensation in such scenario or what other option i can see ?
