Thank you for your response.
I'm comfortable with the hybrid work model.

However, I do have some concerns regarding late working hours and weekend work. After my experience at UKG, I'm a bit apprehensive about that.

As far as I know there is no requirement of late working hours or weekend work but sometimes you might need to do based on project requirement
