I have an offer from Latent View Analytics and CBA for Snr Data Engineer position(4yoe). Both offering same salary but Latent View doesn’t have any perks as CBA. Where should I join?

I have got confirmation from CBA that I am selected and all the documents are submitted. On the website, my application status is showing as an offer. When can I expect the release of an offer letter. HR told me 3 days back he will be sending it by the EOD or next day but he is not responding after that..

I am joining on 2 November but haven’t received any onboarding details. Do I need to follow up with the HR.
