Anyone have a personal to do list software/program/tool that they would recommend for keeping track of never ending workstreams, tasks, timelines, and status of that work? Keep hearing about Monday but thought that's more project management. What is something good for personal use that doesn't offer collaboration or access to other users?

When there are no posted jobs, is it smarter to cold email HR or director levels? Or avoid cold emails altogether and keep waiting for jobs to post up 😭

What big moves/life changes are you guys making in 2020?

I left an omnicom agency for a Publicis one. My new benefits cost me 250 a paycheck (medical, dental, vision) for my spouse and kids. At omnicom it was 630 per check. That’s fuckin robbery right there.

Hello, first post here. Outside sales, merchant services/card processing. I’m primarily a welder but I work 4 10-hour shifts typically then I try sales the last three days. I’ve done it long enough to where I’m confident and comfortable going to new businesses, establishing some rapport with business owners. But it seems like a lot of businesses see this as a waste of time, even adding services and cutting costs. I guess either I’m looking for advice or considering not doing this anymore.

Looking to get into SaaS sales but my experience is in construction and fine furniture (I was a sales manager and was able to lead my team of 4 people to consistently hit 450k monthly targets). I did that for almost 2 years before making the switch. I miss sales, though. Does anyone have any connections to companies looking? I have also considered a sales analyst role considering that I am moderately versed in Salesforce and have worked both the customer facing and sales generating side. TIA!
