I have an offer from Sanofi Hyderabad for the role of a Full Stack Developer. My tech stack is React, Node. I have around 4.5 YOE amd they are offering 25L fixed and a 15% variable.

The current company I am working in is a small product based startup and wants to retain me for 30L fixed. I've joined this company an year ago.

I'm thinking of joining Sanofi just beacuse of WLB and MAJORLY hoping it'll make my resume stronger as I only worked with startups for most of my career.

Hi All, Just finished the process with Alix tech & Digital practice (VP) and A&M PEPI (SA) and got an offer from Alix and waiting for the salary details from A&M. I wanted to know your thoughts regarding the salary expectations for A&M (Their HR didn’t flinch when I asked a salary +15K more than Alix in base)? Do you think they can offer that in PEPI ? I know this bowl isn’t the most active, but my grandmother is in the hospital for Covid (severely high risk), grandfather has it, as does my mom and 8 year old brother. My mom is also experiencing PTSD or some form of mental issue where she has certain triggering events. Everyone is concerned about her and my grandmother. Please keep my family in your prayers
