I have backlogs in my final semester and 6+ years of IT experience in small companies. During interviews, I mentioned having a degree, but after being selected, I disclosed that I had discontinued my education. This led to rejection from MNCs like Infosys and Wipro, even after initial selection. Has anyone been in a similar situation, working in an MNC without a degree? Any suggestions on getting exceptions or convincing them to consider my case?

Hey folks, I got an offer from IBM ISL, But the offer is dated 2 months as joining date, but my notice period is 3 months. This was agreed by the hiring manager. He also offered Joining bonus if I could join in 2 months. HR said the date is tentative and they will renew the offer, so I accepted the offer. Now am running behind the HR to get the offer renewed. Can I trust their words, or will they backout from the offer after 2 months. Please help.
