Hey Folks, How is the work culture and work life balance in IBM ISL? Is it really cool, being a product based entity of IBM?

Background: work primarily with preparing c/o financial statements for divestitures (CMAAS) I like the work, I don’t like the culture. What exit ops could I look for, with assumption I leave after making senior?

I know the culture at TikTok is toxic…with that said would you accept a job there to open up doors for future opportunities or is it not worth trying to stick it out for at least a year? Would you get to keep the stocks once you leave?

I find that Indian men often ask me my race and when they find out I’m not half white but am fully indian they unmatch me, but no white man has ever asked me my race.
