I got a offer in Infosys and accepted. Now present company retaining me with same CTC and additionally onsite as well.
Now the question is If i don't join Infosys after accepting offer letter, Do they Keep in Blocklist forever?

5th September is my last working day at Infosys. Yoe=4+ yrs
Tech= aws devops
I hold an offer of 18LPA from KPMG with joining date of 7th September. (Wfh)
I applied at Workday on 15th May and went through 7 technical rounds of interview and received a verbal offer letter of 21LPA (hybrid)
Now apparently their technical panel "forgot" about the interview and wants to have a discussion again as 8th technical interview. HR says their joining date will be 19th September.

Should i join KPMG?

Few days before of my joining date, i came to know that the technology stack from customer got changed and customer had no requirement for which i was hired. Hey folks, I got an offer from IBM ISL, But the offer is dated 2 months as joining date, but my notice period is 3 months. This was agreed by the hiring manager. He also offered Joining bonus if I could join in 2 months. HR said the date is tentative and they will renew the offer, so I accepted the offer. Now am running behind the HR to get the offer renewed. Can I trust their words, or will they backout from the offer after 2 months. Please help.
