I have been bluntly attending a few interviews here and there but not with much of conviction and focus. Have one offer in a different org.- 21 lpa

Have you thought about why PM interview experience is totally different than the actual PM job ? PM interview goes typically with current domain, design xyz for abc, guesstimate; whereas in actual job you have ‘n’ no. of constraints to build, leadership priority , sufficient time to think etc. What are your thoughts?
