I have been ghosted by 3 recruiters in the past month. This seems to be an ongoing trend in the labor market these days. Have you had any success hearing back from recruiters as well or is it more of the same? Hard to imagine anyone actually being hired with how the sentiment is right now

What is the salary range for a non IT business analyst working for a healthcare company?

Any advice on renegotiating my salary? I’m a compounding pharmacist and i also float to other stores while also being solely responsible for the compounding pharmacy. I perform MTMs for 6 or so stores and am now a being asked to other projects. I originally signed on to only do compounding and occasionally fill in at other stores when needed.
