Any suggestion for container yard depot management software that is open source? I've been considering a few but none of them have convinced me at all.

Can a career in logistics / SCM prepare you for career in any other industries? Debating if I want to stick with this industry forever.

How much do y'all make? I make $30 an hour. It's more than enough (for me) but I've heard that wages vary drastically. So what about you?
