I have been working as a DevOps Engineer at Capgemini. My project ended on July 2nd, and since then I’ve been on the bench. It has been 2mnths now, and I haven’t been getting many calls.There are also around 2-3 other DevOps who have been on the bench for the past 3 months. I’m getting pressure from the RMG team.
I’m confused, Should I resign, serve the NP, and look for opportunities outside? My main concern is that my marriage is fixed for October, and I’m unable to decide what the right step.

I have been giving a few interviews lately and every Company is asking me to confirm if i can get my NP reduced from 90 Days to 45 or 60 Days. I'm still under probation but assigned to a Project already. Should I ask my Account Manager and HR about it or its unethical to do so. Am i making a mistake to ask and confirm about NP even before my offer letter or its ok to just enquire what's the process and possibility to reduce NP as we have buyout option too.

I joined CG on 27th July, the first project require me to work on documentation not related to my tech(networking) this I said no and went on bench.
The second project/client they tagged asking me to wrok on FTP L1 Monitoring and t-shoot.
Again this is not relevant to my exp(6 years in Network).

How to get released from this? the upper line is not in touch with me not they responding with update
