I have clear L2 interview on sep 20th. Hr asked next is managerial round. But when asking to schedule interview she is saying "I'm waiting for manager approval" and not schedule till now!! What is the situation here? Are they going to schedule it or doing just time pass? Please respond

Reasons:
1. Hypocrites at senior leadership and Chennai location spocs
2. Toxic work culture and disconnect between long timers and new joiners
3. Loss of respect, trust and integrity. You will be treated as an accused or as someone who joined Mphasis with some nasty intentions
4. Worst health care benefits as they tie up with a broker instead of having insurance providers like Mediassist on direct contract. Not cashless but everything is copay and no coordinator available in the time of need
5. At times (rarely) they pay some variable but don’t expect any hikes
6. Always you will be threatened about release and haunting bench experience. Bearing one or two talent partners, no one will bother you until end of 60 days or 90 days (based on band) when your sabbatical starts
7. Leaders pay no respect to ground level employees and conduct Townhalls to praise themselves and award & reward themselves
8. Many more to add like old timers can get away with POSH/body shaming complaints as they get blessings from senior leader and HRBP is a favourite puppet of the leader (esp in one project in Chennai, this is a repeat incident) and the Global leadership is yet to wake up sober and see where is Chennai in the world map.
9. Chennai cab roster and route is prepared by folks sitting in Bangalore. Not sure if they ask drivers to turn on wipers if it rains in Bangalore 🤣
10. Imagine, it’s a non AC service cab in scorching Chennai sun even in summers.

Shower thought:
Why did Toronto (or Canada?) change the exit signs from the classic red EXIT sign to the green running man? Wouldn’t it confuse more people especially elders in finding the exit?

Also isn’t it a waste of money for businesses to replace perfectly functional exit signs when renovating?

After you are stealth laid off, other than job search, what do you do? I assume they won’t give you work and even if they do, you can politely decline? How do you feel about you are not progressing anymore and seeing other people progressing in their career? I have no intention to make partner, but still feel a bit stuck not doing that much.
