Hello! Looking at an opportunity with established startup in UK that's just been acquired by a large co. I'm US based and my salary is around $250k (NYC) -I've been asked my expectation without the startup giving me a range to work from (though I've asked). Been having trouble moving on since girlfriend ended relationship 3 weeks ago after 2+ years of dating.
