I just left my pre-seed startup that was running out of cash (we made $100,000 in revenue this year, and sunk $1m in costs). I was making $40,000 as a developer (plus 20k stock options at $1/share per year) and they refused to pay me any more money. I have 17,000 vested stock options, total number of shares at the time of my contract was 4million. I’m a bit confused about share dilution and if it’s worth it for me to buy some of my stock options… thanks in adv!

Yesterday HR told I will get it today. My DOJ is tomorrow. I am tensed. I have asked the CGI to offer to revise my date to dec 10th. Will infosys give it today or they are double crossing me?

Hello! Looking at an opportunity with established startup in UK that's just been acquired by a large co. I'm US based and my salary is around $250k (NYC) -I've been asked my expectation without the startup giving me a range to work from (though I've asked). I'm not sure how to reply to them because I have a feeling that my requirement may be out of their range and while I don't want to undercut my value, I also don't want to be cut out of the process because it's an interesting co. I don't understand the point of hiring candidates. Its been more than two months and i am sitting idle. There is no updates from management. I am getting info like i will get half salary this month because of the bench policy. I m confused what to do next
