I have cleared final round on 31 October and got to know from the helpdesk that I cleared. After that I got call from any HR twice for location confirmation. But no update for doc upload as well as hr round. Should I still keep hope? Do they really delay after final round to arrange hr round?

Looking to potentially make a switch but have heard different things across the board, including seeing that most of the job postings for senior roles in these groups are tagged to offices and don’t say remote.
