I have completed 2 technical rounds for Deloitte and HR confirmed on what's app that I have been selected and they are trying to map my profile on 24th april. But I didn't receive any official confirmation over mail. And HR discussion did not even happen. What can I expect. Should I owe hopes and search for other jobs ??

l interviewed for Deloitte (India not USI) in January, and accepted an offer letter with DOJ of 25th April, later HR asked me to join on 11th April for which I agreed. Now I haven't received the revised offer letter or any links other than BGV and Pre-Hire form from Deloitte and now the HR is not even picking my calls or responding to emails.

Any advice on what to do?

What kind of background verification does deloitte do while onbarding a experienced candidate?

I regret choosing Deloitte India over USI, salary is same but i liked the clarity of my leadership team, which is still the same they are awesome, but USI people are getting many benefits, on time Hikes and appraisals, but i don't get all of those, which is kinda depressing.

Hello Fishes, I'm planning to join Deloitte india in the second week of November, I have got a designation of "Manager". I'm from a technical background (SF DevOps).

May I know what would be the roles and responsibilities with this designation? Am i supposed to be managing some team/people?? or work within some team on my particulars. Checked with the recruitment team but they seems to either not interested or not sure about the same.
