I know of two people who left and were in MC got their MBA (sponsored) interned elsewhere and returned in strategy, so it happens but I'm not sure the process. They had to take out loans and were then given a check to cover like 100k of the cost when they returned
Acn offers a handful of full scholarships for mba programs.
I think it was 10 or 25 when i was there and it is ultra competitive
Deloitte and Accenture both give 2nd year tuition reimbursement for returning interns. You need to work there for two years post-MBA and be in good standing.
Isn't it better to apply for the scholars program? They cover tuition for both years. Works only for strategy. If you're non-strategy, you can quit and intern. They will cover the second year tuition
from what I've experienced, only those who are in strategy currently and then get into a target Stratrgy MBA program or M7, get their tuition reimbursed when they come back. What you're proposing sounds riskier
''Tis true.
Strategy is 100k scholarship against tuition only
Program started two years ago, hence confusion
What do you mean by ultra competitive? Most top schools have a non grade disclosure so grades couldn't be the measuring stick. Also, consdering I already work here, would I be able to bring my MBA powers back to ACN, switch into strategy, and get reimbursed?
Ok so if i already work here now, could I intern second year, or is there a rule against this? For some reason, I've heard lots of stories about people leaving to get mba, coming back and getting the same pay
Sorry misread the question...i thought you meant..does acn sponsor employees to go get their mbas
My fault
Yea, not strat. Would have to quit 1st
Full scholarship, must come back and stay 2 years. Select schools - top flight programs - maybe 25 people a year or so total.
D1 answered the question that was asked. Good work.
