1. i got promotion within my company but rejected as i do not want to report to a toxic micromanager
2. i received verbal offer directly on job interview in another company but i asked to match the job title to the scope of job (it s higher vs the title they provided) and at the end they decided to go with another candidate

Hi all! I work in digital marketing / organic social. For those in organic social what platform do you use for scheduling posts, analytics, UGC, managing influencers etc? We currently use bizzare voice/curalate. I work for a national retail brand so we are posting 2x a day with tons of UGC and in house content. Do you feel like you had good representation of minorities in marketing or examples to follow while you were in school? There were other Black people in my program, but I never had a professor who wasn't white, this may have just been my university though. Curious! Do you think it had an impact on your work?

Does it look bad in my resume to resign after less than a year at a job? writing here the time I’ve spent at each company since graduating college:
- 2 years at company 1 (resigned to move back to home country)
- 2 years at company 2 (resigned and moved back to the US)
- went back to company 1 (it had grown exponentially after 2 years so came back at higher position) (resigned after 1 year to join a startup at director level)
