I have finished all 4 rounds of interview for senior it software engineer role with 9 .5 years of experience.
During the initial HR introduction, I was informed that the payment for this role will be :
Base : 35 LPA
Bonus :4 LPA
RSU: 65000 USD
I want to know if this is fair value with respect to Palo Alto and if I can negotiate to higher amount to around 40 LPA base and 80,000 USD RSU ?
FYI: I am waiting for the final HR salary call.
