I have given interview as customer success architect in salesforce on a weekend drive and given case study round as well. Two days later when I follw up with HR she said I wiii be having one more round and they will gey back to me by next week. But its already two weeks by now by the time I gave interview and I have not heard anything offcicially. Is this waiting time normal?

Is it an ideal move for a long career, or if I want to do an MBA in future?

Got an offer from Kantar Consulting to work on their retail/cpg product.
Currently working with IBM with 10+ yoe having joined IBM 10 months back. Currently at 25 lpa and getting an offer of 32 fixed+15% variable.

Now my question is - Is it worth the gamble to leave IBM and join Kantar consulting which btw is known for market research and not consulting.
Also would leaving IBM after 1 year look bad on CV?
