Tata Consultancy What is the maximum salary i can ask in TCS ? I have my Hr round on 9th of August.
Im from mainframe background playing a project lead / Architect role with 12.5 yoe. My ccts is 23 lpa. Im also expecting promotion in another month or too .

To each his own ! But I believe each company must provide flexibility for the employee to decide what he wants, rather than enforcing WFH or Work from office or hybrid !
My previous company was AMD. I used to travel for almost 4.5 hours a day to commute to Whitefield. When the WFH happened, I was extremely happy.
But now I have started to hate it. I miss the office ambience, the meaningful coffee talks with colleagues. I switched to Intel now and never stepped in to office. Intel has a beautiful campus and eagerly waiting to make it to office.
Hopefully there is hybrid culture coming up. Let's hope for the best!

I mean I feel like that's when the manager and team leads need to come together and maintain that company culture. Remote or in the office having unity is 100% achievable.
