Hi fishes, my previous employer has not given me the money for Earned Leaves, they are saying it's not in their policy.. I have a variable bonus of 100000. Out of this they have given only 19,000 in the month of December after 6 months of joining...But they are not giving me any bonus after completing 1 year and 2 months.. They have stopped my appraisal as well...

So in total, I lost my appraisal money, bonus and Earned Leaves money... I feel betrayed and cheated...

HR opinion: Do I have any leverage as a hospital nurse case manager in negotiating earned time? It's sad to see people with 2-3 years of experience getting paid more than you when u have double the experience. 😄 Best part is they are still complaining of getting less. Well I guess you should never settle. New gen is giving a hard time to the experienced folks. I think this is the high time to upgrade your skills. Come out of your comfort zone and start looking for new opportunities. I think this is the best time to switch if u haven't already in quite some time.

Hey everyone! What decent reason can I give for leaving sooner than notice period? I have 2 months NP. Would love to get out of here in a month. My boss let a teammate go in 2 weeks with same NP who said that he had COVID and need a long break from work. He was actually switching job while he got COVID. Same story won't work for me.
