Currently a Product Manager at Amazon. Made it to final round at GitHub where I have to present a case study and do an interview loop. Is it worth to leave amazon for GitHub of money is right? (Theoretically speaking if there is an offer at the end of this).

Trying to decide between an offer at Deloitte and a counter-offer at Booz. Deloitte has the name recognition and better benefits but I have a really supportive team at Booz and good work-life balance. Any insight is appreciated! I'm being offered a position of Assistant Manager Marketing at Sunlife in Gurgaon but they are offering 26 LPA salary. That's a 15% hike. Should I take it or negotiate for more?

We all start our jobs full of hope and promise. That same hope and promise may still be there. However, the eventual grind or consistent overcommitment of anything will trigger you towards Burnout if you are not aware of them.

Be aware if you are consistently over-committing to something that will burn you out. Take breaks. Change your patterns. Whatever you need to do. Just don't overdo it.

Don’t wait/waste your time for positive replies from employers continue your hunting in market.

I had a bad experience with CTS even my interview gone well I got negative feedback. May be they have budget/notice period constraints, if that is the case why would they conducted interviews with out basic checks
