I have got offers from LTIMindtree and Tiger Analytics and Tiger A CTC offer is 2L more than LTI. It's for Chennai location and for Data engineering practice and senior architect role. 14 years experience.

Is it worth joining Tiger A and what is the role of Senior Architect here? Will they ask to resign if under perform or map in different project? I'm a data engineer in my current organisation. Architect role is new to me. Please help which offer to choose?

I have not been on a project for over 3 months. Since I joined, I have been put in training. The training got extended by a month and now it's close to 4 months since I joined and without a project.

What should I do? People say that I'm lucky to get paid without doing any work, but it is stressing me out. I need the experience. The uncertainty is freaking me out, with rumours of layoffs and the certification program and all.

How do I get into a project? How long do I have to wait more?

Is it easy to change projects in Tiger Analytics.

Also how is the performance bonus paid in tiger? Monthly or at the end of the year only
