Having spent 30 years recruiting globally for VC backed tech startups and global multinationals, I am interested to share my thoughts and experience with the next generation of recruiters in the hope that it goes some way towards accelerating your careers. Has anyone have insight as to salary for a Sr. SIU investigator in the northeast with 20 plus years of personal lines and strong BI background experience.

I'm working at a mid tier company as an SE II based out of Toronto, my base is 120k, some stock options and RRSP matching. Is this a good compensation for someone with a masters in Computer science (Canada) and 4+ years of work ex?

Hi fishes, my friend recently had a bitter experience with Dish Network. So her profile was shortlisted and they asked few questions over email. It did take good 2hrs to answer and she replied back. HM said we are good to go for interview and sent an invite. On the day of interview nobody turned up, neither they gave an update later. She did follow up for a couple of days but no response. Is there any reason why this happens ? Me being in HR field felt this to be a little unprofessional.
