I am having HCL offer of 19 LPA but I have got counter offer from other company of 21 LPA, if i again go to HCL and ask for better compensation means will HR agree and process for more than counter offer ?

What types of work accommodations can help people with ADHD? I am starting to believe 35+ of having not managed my ADHD has really negatively impacted me in career growth etc. I'm realizing a lot of things about myself are because of the ADHD. Today I encountered the strangest bug I have ever seen with Excel+Thinkcell. I have, as always, a separate Thinkcell sheet where I gather and structure the data (from other sheets) I want to make charts of. However, when linking this data to charts, all formulas in the sheet turns into values. This has never happened before. Anyone else seen this and knows what is going on?

Does anyone have a good way of managing customer profiles? Working in logistics I speak with a lot of different customers, carriers, warehouses, brokers, etc and I am looking for a way to organize the notes I have for each one that I can filter through. My company most likely won’t purchase new software but we do have basic Microsoft programs. TIA !

I appeared for the interview for KPMG GS for the role of Associate Consultant.
So far there has been an online assessment, round 1of interview with assistant manager, round 2 of interview with the Manager.

Are there gonna be more rounds of interview..? If not, what is expected timeline they take to make the final decision..?

I got a call from KPMG HR for the role of Associate consultant in research team, When she asked me about the expected ctc, I think I quoted less than the market standards but since I am underpaid currently so the amount I quoted was 40-45% hike on my fixed. I have experience of 2.9years
Can anybody please suggest if I clear their interviews will they consider increasing CTC from whatever I quoted becase upon searching for ACon roles they pay much higher than what I quoted.
