Hi Infosys guys, I have cleared one technical interview and got email for further round which is planned for tomorrow. Email mentions that this is a telephonic interview, is this supposed to be an HR round discussing salary or another tech round.

I had a notice period of one month from the client. During this time, my candidate manager from teksystems was looking for opportunities for me. At the end of the first project, it took over 25 days to find a project and i got an interview few days before my LWD. When my second project got over, these people could not find any project in the whole one month and I had to leave teksystems. The problem is that once your project ends and you are serving notice period with the client, your candidate manager will not really support you in finding a new project. Calls will be unanswered, messages will not be read, they will keep saying that they have sent your resume to many clients, but in reality, they don't really do all that. There is no active discussion on what kind of project you want or what skills you are looking for.. They will slowly sideline you during your notice period until it is over and you are gone. No clear communication about current status will be given to you, you will be kept in the dark. If they have an urgent role, they will somehow push you to accept it, even give interview questions beforehand, whether you like the role or not, or whether the skills are matching or not. If you ask them to search for other clients because a particular client isn't good or their project is not interesting, they will stop searching for projects and just force you to join whatever client they are saying. But don't worry right now.. Join and also keep looking for better opportunities. No need to be loyal to any company, specially teksystems.
Basically, if they have a role which is needed to be filled urgently, they will force you to accept it. It does not matter if you don't like the client or their project, or if there is a mismatch in the skills and it will affect your long-term career. They will do everything to put you in that project.
But if they don't have any projects available, (which is also questionable because they claim to have so many amazing clients), or if they find someone cheaper than you, then they will start ignoring you and just wait for your LWD.

yes.... i am seeing the culture is bad...i am facing issues with client...no one cares about you after u get deployed. worst company to join. i joined bcoz i didnt have any offers and i am suffering... this will be a mark on my career teksystems.

What if we ask about the tenure of the project will they be honest in answering that question

yes as soon as ur current client ends project...from next day ur bench period starts
