Hello fellow SAP Consultants!
I am SAP HCM consultant having 4.10 years of experience. I feel that this module doesn’t have any growth. My first switch took me to 9LPA from 6LPA and now the second switch is being offered for 11.5LPA where I can see my fellow friends in SAP having more than 15LPA at the same experience on their second switch itself. Should I be worried about my skillset? Any insights would highly be appreciated. I feel stuck.

Additional Posts in Appellate Practice

What are the appellate litigation boutiques with former biglaw Allstars?

Hi there! I am a fourth-year L&E attorney at a large firm. After a considerable amount of research, I've determined that appellate practice is a much better fit for my skill set and interests (complex research and writing, performance / oral argument). I'm currently based in Chicago, but am contemplating a move to TX. Are there any Chicago or TX appellate attorneys who might be willing to chat in more detail? Thanks!

Hi! I just finished a clerkship and started at a civil litigation firm. I absolutely hate it—primarily because I want to research and analyze case law, not copy and paste. Any tips on how or what to look for appellate work in LA? Wondering if there’s a way to start out as support to an appellate attorney for research and writing.

I’ve been the exclusive appellate attorney at my office for five years as an associate and 11 months as a “partner.” No equity partners. My appeals come from other partners. Once a case comes to me on appeal, I handle everything from beginning to end. But, I still receive no extra credit or origination credit for my appellate work because the clients belong to other partners. How does this work at other firms? How is credit for the case handled once it is transferred to the appellate group?
