I don't think it's a red flag to list more if you think you need it! Especially with 25+ years of experience. But the key is relevance. Focus your resume on the last 10–15 years unless an earlier role directly supports the job you’re targeting.
Keep your resume and experiences relevant to the positions you are applying to or positions you would like to see yourself in for next 5 years at least. Focus on the quality of your expertise that you like to bring to the new position than quantity of the experiences you have had so far.
It’s not a red flag, but listing just the last 3 employers helps keep your resume focused and relevant. You can still highlight earlier experience in a summary or under “Additional Experience” without full detail. Have you considered tailoring your resume by role to better emphasize skills aligned with the job you're targeting?
