I have received a final selection mail from KPMG HR on MAR 13, and verbal offer discussion over the phone has been done. I have been asked to wait to receive the written offer and HR informed me client approval is pending. Its been 3 weeks . Is it normal to wait for a month to receive written offer in KMPG?

I’m looking to switch career from data analyst to interior designer. But from what I saw the interior designer has a relatively lower pay compared with data jobs. What should I do? Interior design work makes me happy but it earns less. How do you guys see about salary cut after transitioning careers, especially I need to re-attend school ( not making money for 2+ years and pay for tuition) if I want to switch the career. Thanks!
