Also, I'm expecting to become a father by November end😇, i.e. after 3 months.

I wanted to know-
1. What's the probation period in Citi Pune.
2. What's the paternity leave duration for fathers (I think it's 1 month, but it would be helpful if anyone can confirm)
3. Will I be valid to claim paternity leave, since it would be just after 3 months of joining.

2) 5 year term deposit(fixed deposit) under Section 80C
3) Interest on education loan under Section 80E

I have also provided previous employment details.

How much is too much when pushing for a raise? I’ve been in my position a little over 1 year, received top scores in my annual review, kept my team intact, yet I’m paid at the lowest salary band for my level. Manager has said multiple times she would look into a raise for me but nothing has happened. Person before me in this role was earning +$17K than me. How many times do I have to ask?
