I have received offers from thoughtworks and bain & company for software engineer positions. Both are offering almost similar packages.
I have heard work culture in bain is pretty good whereas in TW it's a little debatable in the last few years.
What to do?

Has anyone here worked at or worked with CMS Payments Intelligence (CMSPI)? I was contacted by a recruiter for a position there and have a first interview on Monday. I'm currently pretty happy with my current job so this would have to be something special to entice me to leave. Would love any info on the culture etc.

Looking for advice. Based in the Bay Area and have 3.5 yr exp in IT Audit mostly SOX with a little SOC exp (ex big 4, couple of regionals) and have been applying to industry (mostly tech companies) since May. made it to final interviews only to find out hiring freezes were in effect or they went with a LCOL candidate.Would like to exit to a GRC role or a mixed role thats 50% sox, 50% varied projects, or a SOX role if the team culture is good. No luck getting in non sox work at current firm.
