I have received official email that I’m shortlisted and submitted all the documents on 31Dec. Still I did not receive my offer letter. What should I do

There are a lot of days where I can’t tell if I’m just burnt out or if I’m depressed. Is the burnout fueling the depression or is the depression fueling the burnout?

How do you handle recruiters when you’re not interested? I’ve tried responding ‘not interested’, but they persist.

Lately I’ve been ignoring, but some of them will literally continue to message you up to 4 times over a span of a month.

I work in insurance. I was working for an Allstate agent and was fired the day after my grandmothers funeral for being “unenthusiastic in our morning meeting”. Now I’m having anxiety searching for a job. I don’t think I want to sell anymore yet every single recruiter I interview with says I should, that I have a “salesperson mentality”. I’m burnt out. Has anyone else felt this way? How did handle it? Is there a different career path I can take or am I destined to sell insurance forever?
