People Generalist / Technical Receuiter interview

Hey everybody! I interviewed for a people generalist role at a tech start up company. I had my first interview, & they asked if I’d be interested in a technical recruiter role as well. They just reached back out saying they’d like me to meet the People Ops Partner.

A few questions:
-which role is better for long term growth?
-salary differences?
-what is standard benefits package?
-should I expect this to be a formality of getting the position?

Looking for some advice from women that have been in this position before! I am currently a contract worker for a large tech company, and in the next few weeks I will be pitching for a full-time position (i.e. all the benefits & perks). Here’s the twist: I am currently 15 weeks pregnant. My part-time contract runs out in June, so my full-time position would presumably pick up beginning of July. My due date is August 23rd. Do I disclose that I am pregnant? If so, when?

People a little above in their career trajectory, could you please guide me with your experience in the corporate world.
