I have submitted all the documents after receiving email from hireright. However I email didn't mention anything about providing reference details for individuals for my previous company for background verification process.

Will they ask reference contact details seperately. Or is there another way they handle this part of the BGV?

I received a job offer last week from Alvarez & Marsal to work as a consultant at the Transaction Advisory Department (financial due diligence team), where I will be paid more fairly (salary & bonus). Should I accept it? Or would leaving EY that early not be wise?
