Hello!
I finished my final round(s) for a TAM position at Google (GCP) last week and was told by my recruiter that my feedback was great and that I made a solid impression on the team and am "firmly in the running". I was supposed to hear back this week (according to the recruiter) but he just told me that it's still in the process and that I'll have to wait for another week or so.
Is this common at Google ? I have heard they are notorious for being really slow with their hiring process.

What's next after healthcare for you all?
My final round with Deloitte for UK Tech Consulting Manager position soon. Strangely it’s not a PMD round as it usually is for other Big4/tech consulting firms.
1. Can anyone tell me if they’ve been through the whole process without speaking to PMD? (First round Sr Manager, second Case Interview by a manager and third again by a manager) 2. What is a typical salary to expect? I was asked in screening but kept it vague (e.g can discuss later bla bla). I was hoping 75-80 (ridiculous?)

Happened with me as well.They cancelled my Candidature after going through all that
Now Management is very hard to run the organisation, they are not into the process … like a CMMI Level 1 Company , Bad Communication from HR side
Continuing here due to word constraints:
Why do HR's do this even when I performed welll? What is the meaning of I don't fit that role even after I've answer most of their questions. What would be the reason for the rejection? Any comments are appreciated...
May be they might have got some one with less ctc for the same role.
