I have to admit that I am a bit over the top when it comes to keeping my classroom neat. I know that many of our students do not live in clean, organized homes, so I want my room to look neat. This year out custodians do not do a great job of cleaning. The floors are rarely vacuumed and nothing's ever dusted. I try to get my kids to pick up stuff, but after a few days it looks rough and smells. How often do your custodians clean your room, and are they thorough with their cleaning?

I've done so well in this new role within the company that they are hiring another person to assist with what I do. I've voiced to my boss that I'd like to manage this department and they indicated that this is the thought for the future. Now they are asking me to train this person while I have my plate full. Is it wrong for me to expect either a promotion or to be paid to train this person?

I had my hydrosonogram, trial embryo transfer, and an overall check of my uterus. Due to my muscle thickness, they're recommending with my next pregnancy to have another c-section.
