Lloyds technology centre .net and react, software engineer role.
FactSet infrastructure and platform engineer, but complete development and they promised i can switch teams internally after 1 to 1.5 yrs. and I see factset has many internal switches that external hiring.
I'm looking for a company to work atleast for 2.5 to 3 yrs. Which is better to join.

Help me get over my covid anxiety: had plans with a friend but they got exposed to covid. Got a neg rapid test but feel like they have a sore throat and still want to hang. Given rapids don’t necessarily detect omicron plus the symptoms, I’m a bit concerned. I’m WAAAY more cautious than most when it comes to covid (not doing indoor events yet, still masking).
