🙋♂️ 2 quad-focused workouts, 2 hamstring workouts and squats for the whole leg. Plus some core work. Usually hit my calves on the upper body days.
Pro
Monday is deadlift / back day for me. Feels better starting the week with my heaviest lift
I do em Sunday. Long solid workout, get it out of the way and sets me up nice for the week

I have pull day tomorrow building to heavy single DL and later in the week a heavy push day building to a single heavy squat.
Monday is international chest day

Bulgarian means the rear leg elevated. Split squat is both feet on the ground, staggered.
Roughly 50% for me. For a set of 5 squats I’ll usually have 315-335 on the bar and for split squats of 5 per side usually 155-165.
Also, it’s typically my 2nd leg exercise, so a little lighter than it would be for my first exercise. If I’m squatting, it’s always first.
Leg day with Super sets. Dead lifts + lunges, squats + shoulder press, leg raise and military press sitting, then leg press + leg curls. 10-15 min cycle after (really helps with lactic acid build up).
