I have used an AI writing assistant for my work emails today, and I wondered if other people are doing this too. Am I essentially having AI-to-AI conversations without knowing it? The lines between human and AI communication are getting seriously blurry, especially considering how good AI has now become.

We are starting to build our SE team after a successful pilot with one person. Have you ever built a team from the ground up? How did you prove out the business case? What was most effective for building the case for more hires?

Just sharing that I was diagnosed with postpartum preeclampsia 3 days after giving birth despite not having risk factors or preeclampsia in my pregnancy. Sharing as I had absolutely no idea about this illness.

Main things to do are check your BP everyday at least the first ten days after you give birth, and go to hospital if it's very high (over 160/110). If you get severe headache or stomach ache then also be vigilant.
