I interviewed for a Telehealth RN and received an offer within 24 hours. However, I would love to talk to any other nurses that accepted a position. As others have mentioned, the interview was through a messaging app called Trillion, and was a very easy interview. I feel it is odd they offered me a position and asked nothing about my education, or my licensing. I’ve read mixed reviews online and almost wonder if it’s a scam. It almost sounds too good to be true.

Curious what the base and commission structure is for inside sales and associate director of sales in biotech (also anyone else who wants to share pls put industry). Paid hourly or salary? At the biotech company I work at avg inside sales is $62,632 with a $3500 per quarter cap. Commission structure is % based on sales quota reached vs capped (not a direct % of sales). I’m underpaid at $53000 with $3500 cap per quarter.

Unfortunately was dragged into an audit despite the fact I don’t work in audit. Why does audit RM say yeah your hours will be 50 hours/week when you’ll have to work way more to do the audit. Seems very dumb - if you have work do it, if not don’t work…
