I interviewed with Citi for an AVP role on 2/22/23 which I believe went well but I haven’t heard anything back yet and my application is stuck in business review. I followed up with the recruiter on 3/6 and she said she’d reach out to the hiring manager for any news but I haven’t heard back from her yet either.

I’ve got another application for an AVP role in recruiting review since 3/7. I’ve filled out both questionnaires from recruiters for both roles. Am I being ghosted or is this normal?
