Got the confirmation from lti saying that i have cleared all the rounds as senior BA. Since i received confirmation from them i have opted out of all the other offers. But now the recruitment team is saying that the requirement is on hold, we can't release an offer letter. Hiii! Just had my final interview and only got to ask one question because it was times up. Was hoping to use that time to show my excitement for the role and company. We used up the time discussing my role and him connecting it to role im applying for. At the end I only got to ask about company culture and quick goodbye. How to answer why you're quitting a new job you've only been doing for one month?

The honest answer is that manager is inexperienced and she also has no off mode.
There was virtually no onboarding, I was thrown into the the mix day 2.
Very lean team with very little support.
My WLB is out of wack due to having to deal with west coast hours, 6 or 7pm meetings.

How do I spin this positively?

I have an interview next week and want to vet the new law firm with questions to determine if there’s a good work-life balance, respect for how work is delegated (i.e., attorneys are not routinely asked to do obvious paralegal work), and what overall systems/structures are in place to make it a functional/successful environment. What sorts of questions do you think would get this info and also cut through the usual bs of “we’re a family here” when in reality no one talks to each other?

I applied for a job based on the job description and now have an interview with the Recruiter in the next couple of days. In preparation for the interview I did some research and have serious concerns about the company. E.g., most of the most recent Glassdoor reviews describe the company as a "sinking ship" with poor benefits and poor leadership.

How would you approach this situation? Would you mention the bad reviews to the recruiter? Cancel? Continue and see what happens?
