I joined a UK boutique consulting firm in Toronto a year ago, where I specialize in AM/WM. I'm actually quite content with my job and the projects I'm on. However, I've got an MBB offer on the table. Compensation isn't a factor since it's about the same, and I'm passionate about financial services. My big question is whether moving to MBB is truly the best step, or if I'd be sacrificing a role I love just for the "prestige" factor. Thoughts?
