I joined Cognizant in Dec 2024 and couldn’t join Globant.
Both Cognizant and Globant offered me same 28.5 LPA FIX.
But now I don’t like Cognizant work culture as I have to stay late till 10 pm to attain status calls and also I don’t like my colleagues and I don’t think there is much to learn.

Now I am thinking to join Globant.
Am i doing the right thing?

How normal is it to be pulled off a trial team because you tell your boss you are moving after trial? I have a trial coming up first week of Oct. This case has been my baby, and I’m going to try it with my boss. Should I take next role in core pentesting as a senior tester or
Lead role to manage security of applications and junior pentesters ?
