I joined optum and hireright is doing bgv . My pre-employment background verification was completed, Now started post-BGV HireRight. I submitted my Employee ID, Offer Letter, Experience Letter, Relieving Letter, PF Passbook, PF Company List, and an current employer contact details because manager , hr not responding to the mail.
HireRight then emailed and asking them to confirm they had reached the correct company . My contact has now replied.Has anyone experienced this? What is next process.

Where should I work
