I've received an offer from LnT (29 LPA), is that good enough to resign now , considering my CCTC is 25.8.

Also, I'm almost 90 pc sure that i may be released within a week of resignation as my project contract has not been renewed and we're in handover phase.

Could you guys please advise me, as to what should be my course of action here? Should I resign and can I get better opportunities in the next 1 month?

Advice on applying to PM jobs with 1yr APM experience?

I’ve been working as an APM at my current company for 1yr, and have basically been doing the work of a full blown PM the entire time. I’ve lead several features from start to finish and made sure to mention in my resume that I have been doing everything a regular PM does. Has anyone ever hired an APM for a PM role or done it yourself? Any tips? Advice?

Job called to schedule an interview and let me think about it. Decided against it due to daily miles and road construction. I also can not get off for the interview. I’m always covering someone. Biz owners/entrepreneurs: Any tips on how to answer questions where the interviewer would want to know why I’d want to work for a company if I have my own. I’d want to reassure them that I have no intentions of leaving their company for mine or that there wouldn’t be competing priorities between us. I have a small photography biz. When this came up in an interview how did you address it? On my resume it does show that I’m currently a photographer w/ my own biz. I was selected for an interview.

Hello! This is a long story, so I’ll try to keep it brief. I work for a very small supplement company - it’s myself (marketing/acct mgmt) my coworker (sales), and the owner. My coworker is struggling to complete his tasks/meet his goals, and the owner is coming to me about angry clients.
