I joined the company as junior Graphics designer a year ago in my tenure i used my multi skill and handle and completed projects and task like video editing, Motion Graphics, 3D Rendering and animations.

Now I had apply for the PL from 29 jan 2024 to 3 February 2024 of on date 9 Jan 2024 following the company policy

Then I got better job offer with employee benefits from other company, so apply for resignation on date 15 January 2024.

Now company telling me to work till 20th February.

Currently I make a base of $63k/yr and $1k/mo in bonuses pre-tax. I manage a performance for a team of licensed insurance agents (service-based role in a direct business environment), maintain our business relationships, and support adhoc training needs. Hello, Am confused with a few optns in my career growth. I have 2 offers in hand 1 from a tier 3 or tier 4 comp nt a start up. They're offering me a good package with so many career benifits like an onsite, opportunity, certification n good technology exposure. Another offer frm a reputed comp a tier 1 comp not an expectd package n benefits.
Few of my frnds are suggested if i choose a small company my opportunities in future will narrow down when compared to a reputed. Pls can someone help here?

Do large law firms really recieve enough applications for a position that they cannot follow up when someone reaches out to check on thier application? I get that if you have to reach out, they probably weren't interested anyways, I'm just curious why there is a practice of just leaving applicants in the wind. And also, how does one go about finding out why they were rejected, if thier qualifications are "impressive"?
