T-system : 27 LPA fixed ( 2 days a week WFO mandatory from DOJ)
Tech Mahindra : 26 LPA ( including 10% variable ) + 1lakh JB ( WFH for now)
Which one is good for better opportunity and WLB.

I'd say job security is good. Even tho u didn't get any projects after 45 days. Upskill via trend nxt.. The real issur with wipro is variable pay.. U don't get the agreed Amount.. But WIPRO is a great place to LEARN
Wipro is safe according to me.. in Wipro from last 1.5 years. On bech only variable pay you will not get. Enough Projects are there, you should be able to clear the client round.
Job security is not that great in wipro, if you stay in bench for more than 45 days there will be no pay and after 90 days you will be asked to resign from HR side
If you get project means it is good
Is there any effect in variable pay if it's under investment instead of billable ?
Don't worry if project there u will get through rm contact.. if project not there look outside opportunities..no company has good job security except govt jobs

Ramp down is occurring in most of the project i see
IT companies takes time to onboard new hires, 15-20 days is acceptable to get in a new project.
The most important part is communication between you and your managers on the progress of your onboarding, and if it is there then you have nothing to worry about
